Birra dal colore giallo chiaro, prodotta con malto d’orzo al 100%, dal gusto fresco, leggermente fruttata, poco amara, schiuma compatta, cremosa e aderente.
Non filtrata, non pastorizzata, ad alta fermentazione e rifermentata in bottiglia.
ABBINAMI CON:
Costanza esprime al massimo tutto il suo carattere in tavola abbinata a pesce fritto, pollo arrosto, formaggio caprino, salumi non troppo grassi e verdure grigliate.
